Villa Gusto - la dolce vita is the first genuine luxury accommodation facility in the North East Alpine region, modelled on the great villas of
southern Italy. Each suite is designed by the same design team as the Park Hyatt Hotel.
Villa Gusto is a ‘GREEN’ resort, we are truly self
sufficient, with our own water from Devil’s Creek, mains pressure
pumps, hen-house eggs, herbs and vegetables and a range of fruit
trees. We even have our own waste disposal systems. Guests are
encouraged to be ‘GREEN’ during their visit. Each suite is an extension to our
organic philosophy, with Bvlgari Green bathroom amenities.
The Villa has its own Vini Cantina, private wine
room to learn of Italian vino. There are two open fire places in the Great Room, which enjoys the finest vistas in Victoria. Our restaurant seats 22 guests and up to 42 guests for special food/wine events.
The Grande Suite
Cioccolato (1 only)
Includes a king size bed, 17th century antiques, Italian artworks
and tapestry, marbled balcony, 900gsm towels and private garden.
Bathroom includes a marbled spa bath, Bvlgari shampoo, conditioner &
bath salts and bath robes. We believe this suite is the finest in
country Victoria. Full gourmet breakfast included.
Rates: Midweek $325 per night. Fri-Sun $340 per
night, 2 night minimum.
Deluxe Suites
Limone, Rosso & Bianco (3 suites)
Deluxe Suites include marbled balcony and bathroom with a spa bath
and Bvlgari amenities & Queen bed. Also included: Italian artworks,
tapestry, 17th century antiques & views to Mt Buffalo. Full gourmet
breakfast included.
Rates: Midweek $275 per night. Fri-Sun $295 per
night, 2 night minimum.
Cabina Suites
Mellanzane (3 suites)
Suites next to our ornate pond overlooking Mt Buffalo and Buckland
Valley. Ideal for a small group or couples wanting privacy and
offers a deluxe fit-out with idyllic garden surrounds and sundeck.
No spa, but slightly larger than the Villa suites. Gourmet breakfast
included.
Rates: Midweek $275 per night. Fri-Sun $295 per
night, 2 night minimum.

Each booking requires a 50% deposit on booking with the balance at
check out.
2 night minimum applies to weekends and 3 nights
on long weekends.
Re-scheduling can be arranged
with at least 14 days notice from the check-in date, otherwise the

Sorry, due to the antiques and fine Italian
porcelain throughout the Villa, we do not accept children under 10
years of age, and we do not have family suites.
Check–in after 2.30pm. Due to the small size of
Villa Gusto, early check-ins will be declined.
