Neal’s outstanding 5 course degustation menus highlight the wonderful ‘taste alpine’ food produce @ $70 per head. Neal states. ‘I am constantly inspired by the many cooking styles, fresh and local produce and fusion flavours. In all my travels, I have not seen more diverse range of produce than what is offered in the North East of Victoria. Degustation menus are the only way to treat such wonderful produce.’ And the cooking styles change with the seasons, such as dishes from Toscana, Lombardia or Emillia Romagna. Even dishes from Calabria, Apulia and Sicily find their place on our tables. Our breakfasts also use the freshest local produce. la dolce vita!
